Syro Malankara Catholic Church Celebrated the Feast of the Major Archbishop-Catholicos

The Syro-Malankara Catholic Church celebrated the Feast of the Major Archbishop-Catholicos, His Beatitude Moran Mor Baselios Cleemis. The celebrations started with the Holy Qurbono. His Excellency Abba Musie Ghebreghiorghis (Bishop of Eparch of Emdibir, Ethiopia) delivered the homily during the Holy Qurbono celebrated by His Beatitude Moran Mor Baselios Cleemis. His Excellency Most Rev. Dr. Geevarghese Mar Divannasios, His Excellency Most Rev. Yoohanon Mar Chrysostom, His Excellency Most Rev. Dr. Joshua Mar Ignathios, His Excellency Most Rev. Abraham Mar Julios, His Excellency Most Rev. Dr. Jacob Mar Barnabas, His Excellency Most Rev. Dr. Thomas Mar Anthonios, His Excellency Most Rev. Dr. Samuel Mar Irenios, and Rev. priests concelebrated in the Holy Qurbono. It was followed by the Felicitation meeting. His Excellency Most Rev. Dr. Jacob Mar Barnabas felicitated His Beatitude on behalf of the church. Religious and faithful participated in the celebration.

During the lunch Rev. Fr. Cheriyan Thazhamon (Managing Director, Deepika) felicitated His Beatitude on behalf of the church. His Grace Most Rev. Dr. Soosa Pakiam (Archbishop of Latin Archdiocese, Trivandrum), Rev. Dharmaraj Rasalam (Bishop of CSI, South Kerala Diocese) and the Bishops of the Syro-Malankara Catholic Church, priests, religious and Pastoral Council members joined the festal lunch.
